Every time I work with a property manager on their marketing strategies, I hear the same thing…”If I can talk to a prospect, I can get the business.” Maybe you feel the same way. You know exactly what to say … you confidently share your knowledge, explain the benefits of working with you, and express your understanding of the potential client’s needs.
I believe in going on vacation – I find that just the planning, the anticipation of having new experiences, repeating old ones, and meeting new people puts a smile on my face and gives me a new lease on life. I learned early that there are few obstacles that can prevent you from taking time off.
Property management business owners and/or property managers spend many hours marketing for new accounts and working with property owners, tenants, personnel, and the public. It is common to spend large sums of money and expend hours of time in these types of activities; busyness can take over making it so easy to forget to say…thank you.
