If you experience difficulty downloading a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request assistance. We’ll help you successfully retrieve your product.
We recommend you maintain backups for the original LandlordSource product and the version you customize for your own property management company at all times. Then you are sure to have a copy of the most recent version if you have computer issues or another unforeseeable situation occurs.
The LandlordSource product downloads are available for 4 days after your original purchase. After 4 days, the download link expires. If you purchased your product within the last 90 days and have an issue, please contact us at email@example.com to request assistance.
If you purchased your product more than 90 days ago, you can order a replacement copy on the Customer Help page for a reasonable fee. Upon receiving your order, we will also validate your previous purchase and will follow up with instructions for retrieving your replacement(s). The replacement download is available for 4 days.
